Cheese Cake

Step 1: Prepare some butter

Step 2: Prepare some cream cheese

Step 3: Prepare some caster sugar

Step 4: Mix all three together

Step 5: Prepare some eggs

Step 6: Separate egg yolk from egg white. Mix the egg yolk with the rest

Step 7: Prepare some flour and sieve it

Step 8: Add in some sugar and beat the egg white

Step 9: Fold in the flour and egg white

Step 10: Steam bake for 60 minutes

Step 11: Enjoy while hot or after being refrigerated
